Anna L. Zoracki

Anna (Lisik) Zoracki 98 of Mt. Pleasant passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at St. Anne's Home, Greensburg, PA. Born March 11, 1916, eldest daughter of the late John and Dora (Kralak) Lisik. Beloved wife of Michael R. Zoracki who passsed away in 1970. Loving and devoted mother to her children: Rose Mary Paladino of Mt. Pleasant, Dr. Michael Zoracki and wife Priscilla of Reston, VA, Atty, W. James Brandon and wife Susie of Hampstead, NC, Judith Jaffe and husband George of Newton, MA, and Ronald Zoracki of Mt. Pleasant. Cherished "Nana" to grandchildren, Elysia, Gayle, Ben, Allen, Seth, Ryan, Brigham, Marsha, Douglas.
Anna was a 1933 graduate of Youngwood High School. She became an expert seamstress who found much satisfaction in her chosen profession. Anna was a member of Visitation Roman Catholic Church and the former Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant.
Anna is the last surviving member of her family preceded in death by sisters, Veronica Tylka, Josephine Chromeck and Pauline Lisik and brothers, Frank, John, Joseph and Paul Lisik. In addition to her children and grandchidren, Anna is survived by seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited from 9:30 to 11:30 AM Saturday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant 724-547-2122 where a blessing service will be held at 11:30AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon at the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant with her nephew, the Rev.Paul Lisik and Rev. Richard J. Kosisko as concelebrants. Interment will follow in the Transfiguration Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Anna may be made to St. Anne Home, 685 Angela Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601 or the charity of your choice.
