Audrey K. Kastner

Audrey K. (Neiderhiser) Kastner, 86, of Mount Pleasant, formerly Kecksburg, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the Amber House, Mount Pleasant, PA. Audrey was born on January 23, 1926 in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of the late Emanuel and Elma Seighman Neiderhiser. She was a member of the Bridgeport United Methodist Church, Mt. Pleasant and was formerly employed as a cashier by Howard Johnson Restaurant. Surviving are her children, Robert Kastner and wife Diane of Brunswick, OH, Bruce Kastner and wife Marge of Scottdale, Charles Kastner and wife Janet of Wellington, OH and LaVerne Hope of Ocala, FL; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert G. Kastner in 2002, a son Wilbert G. Kastner, Jr., granddaughters, twins Beverly and Barbara Kastner and Linda Hamborsky and a great granddaughter, Heather Henderson. Friends are welcome from 2-4 & 6-8PM Wednesday to the Saloom - Rega Funeral Service, Inc., 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant, (724-547-2122) and 9-10AM Thursday at the Bridgeport United Methodist Church where Audrey's Funeral service will be held at 10:00AM with Pastor Timothy Auer, officiating. Interment will take place in the Mt. Joy Cemetery.
