Cheryl A Thomas

Cheryl A. (Lane) Thomas, 68, of Acme, PA went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 18, 2024, in Latrobe Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on June 22, 1955, to Willam H. and Kathleen (Cramer) Lane of Connellsville. She attended Geibel High School, graduating with the class of 1973. Cheryl was previously employed by the Jeannette Hospital and was a member of the Mainline Gospel Band. Cheryl loved Jesus Christ and serving others through her ministry, Love Abounds Outreach. She enjoyed cooking, camping, wagon trains, and bluegrass music. She is survived by her husband "J.R." Thomas; a son, Brian L. Thomas, and his wife Amanda of Bullskin Township, and her grandson Colton Thomas whom she adored. As per Cheryl's wishes, there will be no public visitation and interment will be private. It would be greatly appreciated if any family members or friends who may feel compelled to express condolences delivered them via her son Brian's family in acknowledgment of her family's need for privacy during this difficult time.
