Clyde E. Clawson

Clyde E. Clawson, 75 of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at his home.

Clyde was born June 24, 1942 in Mt. Pleasant the son of the late Ernest and Charlotte Welshonce Clawson. Clyde was a 1960 graduate of Hurst High School and a member of the Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren, Mt. Pleasant., he was employed by various companies in the area as a laborer.

Surviving are his children, Gretchen Leighliter (Jeff) of Antioch, IL, Rachel Pospisil (Ed) of Palm Harbor, FL. Carmen Zulinski of Mt. Pleasant, Bruce Clawson of Marion, IN and Matthew Clawson of Acme; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Joseph, Thomas, Marlee, Colton and Autumn; brother, Ernest B. Clawson (Janora) of Mt. Pleasant and sister, Ruby Jane Marker of Export.

Family and friends are invited from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Friday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant where services will be held at 10:30AM Saturday with Pastor Lee Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Joy Cemetery.
