David J. Greenawalt

David J. Greenawalt 73 of Mt Pleasant Twp passed away Saturday November 9, 2024 at the Harmon House Care Center, Mt. Pleasant. David was born January 28, 1951 in Mt. Pleasant the son of the late JP and Dorothy Aldom Greenawalt. David was a 1968 graduate of Connellsville High School and the proprietor of Greenawalt Auto Service from 1978 to 2016. He loved to watch game shows and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penquins, but most of all, he loved his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Sharon Schaeffer Greenawalt; a son David Paul Greenawalt and daughter, Shannon Greenawalt; grandchildren, Amelia and Quinn Beasley and a brother, Daniel Greenawalt. In Addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by a brother, John Greenawalt and a sister, Linda Kennel. At the request of David, there will be no visitation or services.
