David Hatfield

David Hatfield, 64 passed away April 8, 2024 peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side.  Dave was born August 19, 1959 in Mt Pleasant the son of Jean Hatfield and the late Leb Hatfield.  Dave was a 1977 graduate of Southmoreland High School and was employed prior to retirement as a well tender for the Apollo Corp. He was a family man who always loved a good conversation, he loved his Jeeps, his Harley's and car shows. He  loved the outdoors, especially watching his grandchildren sports.   In addition to his mother, Dave is survived by his wife, Diane Brown Hatfield; daughter Erica Doppelheuer (Ben); granddaughters, Kaylee and Taylor Doppelheuer; sisters, Missy Monce (Drake) and Pooh Hatfield;  a nephew, Joey Forsythe and niece, Chelsi Rae Carter.  The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice and the Hillman Cancer Center for their kind care of David.  Cremation Arrangements are under direction of SLATER-REGA FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC 730 W.
