Denise Homulka

Denise Homulka 61 of Mount Pleasant Twp. passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. Denise was born September 13, 1953 in Mount Pleasant the daughter of the late Frank and Irene Jaworski Rafacz. Denise was a member of St. Florian Roman Catholic Church, United, was a 1971 Graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School and was employed as a Laboratory Technician for Excela Heath Westmoreland Hospital. Surviving are her husband Michael Homulka,; children, Sarah Puskar and husband Matthew of Bullskin Twp. and Nicholas Homulka at home; her twin sister, Diane Falatovich and husband Wally of Greensburg; father-in-law, Mike Homulka of Mammoth; brother-in-law Bernard Homulka and wife Jane of Century Farms and sister-in-law, Joann Peltz and husband John of Newport News, VA; also aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are invited from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Wednesday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant 724-547-2122 where a blessing service will be held at 9:15AM Thursday followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in the St. Florian Roman Catholic Church with Rev.
