Dollie D. Kurth

Dollie D. Kurth, 93, of Ruffs Dale, passed away Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at her home with her family by her side. Dollie was born Jan 19, 1930, in Ruffs Dale, the daughter of the late Harry and Ada Reese Hixson. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Mt. Pleasant, and attended East Huntingdon High School and was formerly employed by Sewell Plastic Co. Dollie is survived by her son, Kevin Kurth and wife, Brenda; grandchildren, Adam Kurth and wife, Kate, and Amanda Kurth; great-grandchildren, Levi and Adaline Kurth. In addition to her parents, Dollie was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Kurth, in 2000, and siblings, Sarah Gross, Florence Bair and Lloyd Hixson. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at SLATER-REGA FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 730 W. Main St., Mt.
