Dolores R. Neiderhiser, 97 of Mt. Pleasant passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Heathcare Center, Greensburg. Dolores was born April 24, 1924 in Kecksburg, the daughter of the late Edward and Alma Stairs Newill. She was a 1942 graduate of Hurst High School and attended the Kecksburg Church of God. Dolores was well known in the community as a savvy clothing salesperson, formerly employed by the Davidson Clothing Store, Mt. Pleasant as the store manager until it's closing, then continued her employment with Miller's, Brooks Brothers and finally retiring from Casual Corner. She resided with her nephew, Richard Bair and his family, wife Deborah and sons, Joshua R. and Aaron T. Bair of Mt. Pleasant; also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Neiderhiser and siblings, Vivian L. Bair and Raymond Newill. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her two long-term caregivers—Brenda and Jackie—as well as Excela Health and Hospice and the Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for their kind care and support.
