Dorothy K. Pinskey Brayo

Dorothy K (Pinskey) Brayo, 86, of Mount Pleasant, passed away on March 31, 2013 at the Latrobe Health and Rehabilitation Center, Latrobe. Dorothy was born August 4, 1926 in Mount Pleasant the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Micek Pinskey. Dorothy was a member of the former Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant and current member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Everson. She was formerly employed as a clerk for the Union Supply Store, a selector for Westinghouse Corporation and as a title clerk for Roberts Oldsmobile, Connellsville. Her and her husband Froggy were the owners of the former Frog and Dot's Gun Shop Mt. Pleasant. Surviving are her nephews, Andrew L. Pinskey, Jr. and wife Cherie of Scottdale, Joseph L. Pinskey and wife Debbie of Greensburg, John T. Pinskey and wife Dana of Columbus, OH and William M. Pinskey of Mammoth; also great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Froggy" Brayo; brothers, Joseph and Andrew Pinskey; a sister, Mamie Pinskey and a sister-in-law, Agnes Pinskey. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff of Excela Health Hospice and the Latrobe Health and Rehabilitation Center for the kind care extended to Dorothy during her illness. Dorothy's family will receive friends from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8PM Wednesday at the SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE, INC 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant (724-547-2122) where parting prayers will be held Thursday at 9:30AM followed a funeral mass at 10AM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Everson with Rev.
