Dorothy Martynowski

Dorothy Martynowski 80 of Mount Pleasant passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Excela Health-Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. Dorothy was born April 20, 1933 in Everson the daughter of the late Andrew and Veronica Siecinski Martinosky. Dorothy was a member of the former Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church and the Visitation Church, Mt. Pleasant and was retired from Anchor Hocking Glass, Connellsville. Dorothy is survived by her brothers and sisters, Edward Martinosky of Melcroft and Vincent Martinosky of Mt. Pleasant, Marcella Gula of Mt. Pleasant and Theresa Harriman of Williamsport, PA.; also nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. in addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond, Joseph and Robert Martinosky and sister, Frances Seich. The family is welcoming friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Tuesday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mt. Pleasant (724-547-2122) where a blessing service will be held Wednesday at 9:30AM followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10AM at the Visitation Church, Mt. Pleasant with Msgr. J. Edward McCullough as celebrant. Interment will follow in Transfiguration, Mt. Pleasant. A parish wake service will be held Tuesday 3PM in the funeral home.
