Frances Dorothy Griffith

Frances Dorothy Griffith 84 of Mt. Pleasant passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Dorothy was born May 10, 1930 in Mt. Pleasant the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Mazurek Gladkosky Burzawa. Dorothy was a member of the former Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant. Surviving are her son, Richard Griffith and his wife Terri of Mt. Pleasant and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her siblings, Joseph Gladkosky, Anna Gladkosky Pivarnik, Peter Gladkosky, Mary Gladkosky Groler, Veronica Gladkosky Fritzmeier,Tillie Gladkosky Klasterka,Viola Burzawa Pravlik, Edward, Aloysius and Frank Burzawa.. The family is inviting friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm Thursday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant (724-547-2122) where a blessing service will be held at 10AM Friday with Rev. Richard J. Kosisko officiating. Interment will follow in the Transfiguration Cemetery.
