Geraldine L. Gerri Diana

Geraldine L. "Gerri" Diana 84 of New Stanton passed away Weds, December 10, 2014 at her home. Gerri was born July 5, 1930 in Ruffsdale the daughter of the late John and Bessie Frye Leasure, she was formerly employed by H.C. Frick Hospital as a nursing assistant, retiring in 1989. Surviving are her husband, Guy Diana; children, Ronald Butler of Ruffsdale and Pastor Gregory Butler and wife Kathy of Tarrs; grandchildren, Kelly Sue Farris and husband Sean and Samantha Garsteck and husband Rich and a great granddaughter, Allison. In addition to her parents, Gerri was preceded in death by a brother John Leasure and sisters, Eleanor Long, Josephine Sinnamond, Genevieve Leasure, Henrietta Achtzehn and Dolores Haines. The family is inviting friends from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8PM Friday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant 724-547-2122 where services will be held at 9AM Saturday with her son, Pastor Gregory Butler officiating. Entombment will follow in the Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
