Harry E. Myers, Jr

Harry E. Myers, Jr. 72 of Acme passed away Saturday April 6, 2024 peacefully at his home. Harry was born January 25, 1952 in Mt. Pleasant the son of the late Harry E. Myers, Sr. and Dolores Armello Myers.  Harry was a 1969 graduate of Mt. Pleasant Area High School, following his graduation he enlisted in the US Marine Corps and served during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Bowman Trucking, after retirement he was employed as a bartender for the Slovak Club, Mt. Pleasant. He also was a member of the Mt. Pleasant American Legion Post 446. Surviving is his son, Ryan Myers (Kristina) of Grindstone; grandchildren, Dylan, Gianna and Anthony Myers; a sister, Wanda Myers and a brother, Ralph Myers(Beth). In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy, a brother Jeff Myers and sisters, Debbie Crise and Jean Narus.  Visitation will be held from 1 to 6 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the World Christian Outreach Ministries Church, 109 East End Road Connellsville PA 15425 where services will be held at 6pm.  Military honors will be conducted by the American Post 446 Mt. Pleasant at 1pm Thursday at the church.  Arrangements are under direction of SLATER-REGA FUNERAL& CREMATION SERVICES, INC 730 W. MAIN STREET MT. PLEASANT.
