Joshua Murphy

Joshua Murphy 26, of Washington, PA formerly Mount Pleasant passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at his home.

Josh was born July 27, 1990 in Greensburg the son of Brenda Bungard Neiderhiser and Terry J. Murphy. Josh was a 2009 graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School, was formerly employed by Klocek Burial Vault Co., Mt. Pleasant and currently employed as a laborer for a local construction company.

Surviving are his parents Brenda Bungard Neiderhiser (Dave) of Mt. Pleasant and Terry J. Murphy ( Tammy) of Scottdale; maternal grandmother, Rose Bungard of
Mt. Pleasant, paternal grandparents, William and Ann Murphy of Fort Allen; brother TJ Murphy of Connellsville, sister-Shauna Murphy of Mt. Pleasant; step-brothers Neal Snyder of Scottdale , Travis Neiderhiser of Connellsville, Mitchell Neiderhiser of FL and Brady Neiderhiser of Bullskin Twp; step sisters, Susan Snyder of Acme and Heather Neiderhiser of Connellsville; nieces, Madison and Autumn; also numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Josh was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jesse Bungard and a daughter, Mackenzie Brown.

Friends are invited from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9PM Wednesday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant where services will be on
Thursday at 11AM at the funeral home with Pastor Domer Snyder officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
