Kathleen Brown

Kathleen E. Brown, 76 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at her home. Kathleen was born May 21, 1945 in Scottdale, PA the daughter of the late Wendel and Dorothy Leasure Stants. Kathleen was a 1963 graduate of South Huntingdon High School and a member of the former Lighthouse Church, Washington, PA. She was previously employed as a cosmetologist and by Montgomery Ward and Scotty Trailers. Surviving is her son, Kerry L. Brown, Jr, (Kelli) of Ruffsdale; a sister, Jane Sprinkle(Jim) of Scottdale and a brother, Wendel Stants of AZ: brother in law, William Bair and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, who she married on April 20, 1968, Kerry L. Brown, Sr. in 2005, a daughter Kathleen Brown Florian in 2019 and a sister, Rachel Baird. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Sunday, June 6, 2021 at SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mt. Pleasant where services will be held at 10:30AM Monday June 7, 2021 with Rev. William Baird officiating. Entombment will follow in the Middle Presbyterian Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant.
