Kathleen E. Roebuck, 84 of Madison, passed away peacefully at the Easy Living Country Estates, Hunker on Saturday, December 29, 2018 with her family at her side. Kathleen was born December 8, 1934 in Dutchtown, PA the daughter of the late Matthew and Kathleen Deets Everly. She was a graduate of West Newton High School, the University of Pittsburgh and California University attaining her masters degree in education and teaching in various schools for over 42 years, most of those years being employed by the Southmoreland School District. Kathleen held memberships in numerous organizations, the Yukon Golden Agers, Everson Seniors, Braddock Trail Chapter of DAR, Daughters of the Union Veterans of the Civil War, Bullskin Twp. Senior Center, Madison Golden Agers, PSEA Southmoreland School District, Order of the Eastern Star, Pleasanettes Bowling League, Volunteer at Frick Hospital, the Pittsburgh, Laurel Highlands, Madame Alexander and United Federation Doll Clubs, the Royal Doulton International Collectors Club, Antique Automobile Club of America, Westmoreland County Historical Society, Friends of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Genealogical Society. Surviving are her children, Wayne Roebuck (Kathleen) of Mt. Pleasant and Kathleen Puskar of Hecla; daughters in law, Katrina Dyer of Yukon and Catherine Roebuck of Ruffs Dale; grandchildren, Wayne Roebuck (Laura), Julie Lovis (Tom), Jeffrey Roebuck (Jess), Matthew Roebuck (Ashley), Katie Elliott (Justin), Leslee Street, Ashlee Presaich, John Puskar (Rose) and Michael Puskar; great grandchildren, Brielle, Jade, Tommy, Madalyn, Garrett, Nolan, Mylee, Ross, Tripp, Grace, Jolene and Angelina; sister in law, Eileen Momyer (Don) and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, sons Mark and Randy Roebuck, son in law, John Puskar, and brothers,Warren,William (Bee) and John (Jack) Everly and a sister, Nellie Mae Everly. The family would like to thank the staff at Easy Living Country Estates with a special thank you to Darren, Eric and JR and Medi-Hospice for their kind care of Kathleen during her stay. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday and 2 to 4 & 6 to 8PM Wednesday at SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE, 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant where services will be held at 1PM Thursday with Rev.Tom Shirer officiating. Interment will follow in the West Newton Cemetery.
