Kenneth H. Greenawalt

Kenneth H. Greenawalt, 64 of Mount Pleasant passed away Tuesday December 10, 2013 at his home. Kenneth was born May 24, 1949 in Mount Pleasant the son of Lillian A. Wilson Greenawalt of Acme and the late Berzy Greenawalt. Kenneth had attended the Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren, was a member of the Amvets Home Association Post 94, VFW Post 3368, Mt. Pleasant and American Legion Post 8981, S. Greensburg. In addition to his mother, Kenneth is survived by a daughter Kimberly Ann Greenawalt; three grandchildren; brothers, Walter Greenawalt of Mount Pleasant and James Greenawalt and wife Shirley of Kecksburg and a sister, Shirley Ritenour and husband Harrold of Acme; also nieces and nephews. The family is inviting friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Thursday to SALOOM-FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant (724-547-2122) where services will be held Friday at 11AM with Pastor Mark Peachey Officiating. Interment will follow in the Scottdale Cemetery.
