LaVerne C. Kuhn

LaVerne C. Kuhn 75 of Mount Pleasant passed away Wednesday September 10, 2014 at the Excela Health Frick Hospital. LaVerne was born January 2, 1939 in Mount Pleasant the daughter of the late Rudolph and Louise Getz Hribal. LaVerne was a member of the First Brethren of Mount Pleasant, the Western Pennsylvania Deaf Senior Citizens and the Central Pennsylvania Deaf senior Citizens. Surviving are her husband, Donald S. Kuhn, with whom she celebrated their forty-third wedding anniversary on October 10, 2013; children, Danielle Baloga and husband Richard of Smithton and Denise Kuhn and Robert Novak of Mount Pleasant; grandchildren, Lucas Baloga, Kalie Novak and Gillian Baloga; brother, Roland Hribal and wife Sandy and sister Bibiana Hribal both of Mount Pleasant and sister-in-law Nancy Hribal of Latrobe. In addition to her parents, LaVerne was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Mary Louise, Rudolph, Suzanne, Raymond, Gilbert and Charlotte Hribal and Nancy Srogoncik.
