Leonard C. Tylka

Leonard Tylka, Sr. 73 of Acme passed away Wednesday March 20, 2013 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Len was born August 15, 1939 in Mt. Pleasant the son of the late Stanley and Mary Jurczyk Tylka. Len was a member of the Wooddale Bible Brethren Church, the Brush Riders Dune Buggy Club, a Life Member of the Hecla Sportsmen's Club and was formerly employed as service manager for Chelsted Motors. Surviving are his wife Judith Wilkie Tylka; children, Deborah Hoadwonic and husband Nicholas of Mt. Pleasant, Len Tylka, Jr. and wife Jody of Acme and Jamie Mizikar and husband Tommy of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, BillieLynn and Benjamin Hoadwonic and Cody Mizikar; a sister, Dolly Hoffman and husband Ken of Cheswick and Edward Tylka and wife Kathy of Mt. Pleasant. In addition to his parents Len was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Tylka and wife Eileen. Family and friends are invited from 6 to 9PM Saturday and 3 to 5 & 7 to 9PM Sunday to the SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE, INC 730 W. Main Street Mt. Pleasant (724-547-2122) where services will be held Monday at 11AM with Pastor Geary Witt officiating. Interment will follow in the Green Ridge Memorial Park, Bullskin Twp.
