Margaret Swartz

Margaret Swartz 84 of Mt. Pleasant passed away peacefully at the Easy Living Estates, Hunker. Margaret was born on September 22, 1940 a daughter of the late Fred and Anna Havrenak Hohman. She and her husband Jack were the owners of J&M Antiques in Jeannette. Surviving are her Husband Jack Swartz; children, Thomas Swartz and Gary Swartz and wife Lisa; Daughter in law Joann Brown; grandchildren, Gavin Swartz and wife Madison, Dalton Swartz, John Swartz, Jr, Timothy Weinman, step-grandchildren, Jesse Carnes and wife Lindsay and Nicholas Carnes, also surviving are various grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her son John Swartz and siblings, step brother, Charles Hohman, brothers, Fred, Dan, William, Franklin and Robert Hohman; sisters, Catherine "kitty", Mary, Clara, Blanche and twin sister Myrtle. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, January22, 2025 at SLATER-REGA FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, INC 730 W. Main Street Mt. Pleasant where services will be held at 11am on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Interment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
