Marvin "Marty" Zelmore

Marvin "Marty" Zelmore 54, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Marty was born October 23, 1962 in Mount Pleasant the son of the late Glenn and Hilda Jean Pritts Zelmore. Marty was a 1980 graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School, was a fan of the Steelers, Pirates and Penquins and enjoyed hunting.

Marty is survived by his wife Lorraine Fess Zelmore; children, Kristin and Aaron Zelmore of Mount Pleasant; brothers-in-law, Paul Fess and wife Shannon of Mt. Pleasant and Brad Fess and wife Dena of Waynesburg; aunt and uncles, Nancy Zelmore of Mt. Pleasant, Marlin Zelmore, and Arnold Zelmore and wife Patty all of Mt. Pleasant; father and mother-in law, Paul and Georgeann Fess of Latrobe also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Marty was preceded in death by his sisters, Karen Zelmore Swank and Roxanne Zelmore Montgomery.

Friends are invited from 2 to 8PM Friday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant where services will be held at 11AM Saturday with Rev. Robert Thoma officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant.
