Mary A. (Penrose) Morvosh 43 of Tarrs passed away Friday October 4, 2013 peacefully in the arms of her parents after a courageous, dignified and optimistic battle with cancer. Mary was born October 4, 1970 the daughter of Irvin and Beverly Mrozinski Penrose of Latrobe. Mary was a 1988 graduate of Latrobe High school and attended ICM Business School. She had been employed by several area restaurants in food service. Mary was a member of St. Pius X Church, Mt. Pleasant and formerly attended the St. John the Evangelist Church, Latrobe. Mary enjoyed playing Bingo, shopping, especially at the Tanger Outlets and her four cats. She was a very caring and loving person who adored her family and friends. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her loving husband, Jason Morvosh; children, Michael, and Mason Fulmore, Noah and Brianna Morvosh; sisters, Wendy Arentzen and husband John of Greensburg and Anne Penrose and Vince of OH; father and mother-in-law, Alex and Nancy Morvosh of Mt. Pleasant; sister-in-law, Krista Stinebiser and husband Kevin of Youngwood and brother-in-law, Scott Morvosh and wife Kristin of Scottdale; also several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Adam and Cecila Mrozinski and paternal grandparents, Leroy and Eva Penrose and Grandma Emma Morvosh. Family and friends of Mary are welcome from 6 to 9PM Saturday and 2 to 4 & 7 to 9PM Sunday to the SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE, INC 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant (724-547-2122) where a blessing service, officiated by Rev. Richard J. Kosisko to be held Monday at 10AM. Mary's funeral mass will be held at 11AM in the St. John the Evangelist Church, Latrobe with Rev. Anthony Carbone as celebrant. Entombment will follow in the St.Clair Cemetery, Greensburg. In honor of Breast Cancer awareness month and Mary's love of bright beautiful colors the family is requesting that everyone attending the funeral mass wear pink colorful clothing to celebrate Mary's life.
