Ralph Mountain

Ralph Mountain 79 of Mt. Pleasant formerly of Dawson passed away Thursday January 15, 2015 at the Harmon House, Mt. Pleasant. Ralph was born September 30, 1935 in Bakersville, Somerset County the son of the late John and Edna Daugherty Mountain. Ralph was a member of the Scottdale American Legion and was retired form the Lentz Foundry Works, Mt. Pleasant. Surviving are his children, Rebecca Keller and husband Tom of Jones Mills, Thelma Prinkey and husband Robert of Ruffsdale, Diana Hollam and husband Clay of Greensburg and John Mountain and wife Tammy of Melcroft; grandchildren, Jason Keller, Brittany Mountain, Michael Mountain, Mary Ellen Mountain and Robert Prinkey; great grandchildren Quintin, Gina and Addy; a brother Harvey Mountain of Dawson and a sister Virgina Mountain of Johnstown and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Pearl Baldwin Mountain on Nov. 18, 2001; brothers, Jake and Roy Mountain and sisters Annie and Jennie Mountain. Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Sunday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant 724-547-2122 where services will be held at 11AM Monday with Rev Joseph Wingrove Officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Twp.
