Richard Kucera 86 of McDonald, PA formerly of Mount Pleasant passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at his home. Richard was born June 24, 1927 in Mount Pleasant the son of the late Joseph and Rose Kucera. Richard was a WW II Air Force veteran and was formerly employed for many years as a florist with Mount Pleasant Floral, upon retirement from the floral shop, he was employed with Lenox Crystal, Mt. Pleasant as a molder in glass manufacturing. Surviving are his daughter, Deborah Keslar and husband Rex of Mc Donald; grandchildren, Jeffrey Keslar and wife Michelle of Imperial and Sean Keslar and wife Lindsay of McKees Rocks; great grandchildren, Reese, Gavin, Mason, Jaxson and Lincoln Keslar and a sister, Nancy Shibilski of Penn Hills. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his wife, M. Kathryn Kucera; a daughter, Gayle Kucera; brothers, Andrew, Joseph, William and James Kucera; sisters Alice Fencil, Helen Potoka, Pauline Pfrogner and Olga Van Estenberg.
