Ruth Marie Swartz Seighman, 76 of Mt. Pleasant, was born December 29, 1940 and passed away August 6, 2017. She was the daughter of the late L.K.Swartz and Margaret Mohler Swartz, and the wife of George Seighman. Arrangements are Private.
