Sally C. Azok

Sally C. Azok,93, of Hempfield Twp. formerly Elyria, OH and Mount Pleasant, passed away on October 10, 2012 at the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Sally was born February 2, 1919 in Calumet, PA the daughter of the late Andy and Sally Keitz Machusko. Sally was formerly employed by TRW, Elyria, OH as a machine operator, a member of St. Pius X Church Mt. Pleasant, the Visitation Rosary and Altar Society and a former student of St. Florian's School, Mount Pleasant, Twp. Her avid hobbies were crocheting, baking and bingo. Surviving are her sister, Rose Krempasky of Mount Pleasant and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her siblings; infant Paul Machusko, Josephine Kondrich, Catherine Grabiak and Raymond Machusko. Family and friends are welcome from 2-4 & 6-8PM Friday to the EUGENE G. SALOOM FUNERAL SERVICE, INC 730 W. Main Street Mount Peasant (724-547-2122) where a blessing service will be held Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral mass at 10AM in the St. Pius X Church, Mount Pleasant with Rev. Richard J. Kosisko as celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Pius X Cemetery. A parish wake service will be held Friday at 3PM immediately followed by the recital the rosary by the Visitation Rosary and Altar Society in the funeral home.
