Sandra L. Lane, 86 of Acme (Mt. Pleasant Twp.) passed away Monday February 22, 2021 at Eicher's Personal Care Home, Normalville.
Sandra was born October 28, 1934 the daughter of the late John and Idabelle Tissue Wilkie. She was a graduate of Redstone High School and the Uniontown School of Nursing. Sandra was a member of the Wooddale Bible Brethren Church and a registered nurse employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Highlands State Hospital, Connellsville, Torrence State Hospital, Derry and retiring from SCI Greensburg.
Surviving are her children, William E. Lane, Jr. (Judy), Matthew Lane and Kelly Boring (Cliff); grandchildren, Melissa Lane and Nicole Anderson and great grandchildren, Dani Rae Womack, Katie and Hunter Anderson; sisters, Judith Tylka and Tonia Kreinbrook and a brother John Wilkie; a special cousin, Nancy Neal, many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Lane,Sr. in 2015.
A private graveside service will be held Thursday at the Green Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery, Connellsville. Arrangements are under the supervision of SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W.
