Sara A "Sally" Burd

Sara A. "Sally" Burd, 82, of Connellsville passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at her home. Sally was born January 6, 1937 in Uniontown the daughter of the late Harry C. and Gertrude Gibson Burd. She attended the Church of the Open Door, Connellsville. Surviving is her brother, Thomas Burd (Ruthann) of Connellsville; nieces and nephews, Clinton Raffle of Brownsville, Jeffrey Raffle (Margie) of Ireland, Davina Burd of Connellsville, Kristina Cossell (Chris) of Connellsville, Tyler Burd (Megan) of St. Clairsville,OH and Thomas Burd of FL; also great nieces and nephews and a great-great niece, an aunt and cousins. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 to 8pm Sunday at SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mt. Pleasant where services will be held at 11AM Monday with Pastor Harry Powell officiating. Interment will follow in the Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
