Sherry Lynn (Overly) Bell, 61 of Hunker (Hempfield Twp.) passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Sherry was born April 29, 1952 in Mount Pleasant the daughter of Shirley Albright Overly and the late Walter "Buck" Overly. Sherry was protestant by faith; employed by Nutritions, Inc as the Food Service Director for the Westmoreland County Prison, a member of the Calumet Club and the Hempfield Hunt Club. Surviving are her husband, Ronald Bell; children, Joseph Zedek, Christopher Zedek and wife Kim, Rhonda Moore and husband Dale, Tracey Flynn and husband Bernie and Heather Rogers and husband Shawn; grandchildren, Christina, Kristin, Amanda, Tyler, Randy, Jessica, James, Shane, Jenna, Maria, Nina, Sara, Lucas, Nadia and Brayden; Great Grandchildren, Adrianna, Devlin, Owen, Olivia and Annabelle; brothers, Walter "Buck" Overly and Douglas Overly and wife Nancy and a sister, Cindy Bell and husband Arthur; sisters-in-law, Janet Hendrick and husband Tom and Rebecca Leonard and husband Michael; also numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, Sherry was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Walter and Emma Thomas Overly and maternal grandparents, Harry and Bessie Mae Lowther Albright and a brother-in-law, Tim Bell. Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Thursday to SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE, INC 730 W. Main Street Mount Pleasant (724-547-2122). Private services for the family will be held Friday at 10AM in the funeral home with Rev. Linda Snyder officiating.
