Thomas E. Leonard

Thomas E. Leonard 79 of Mount Pleasant passed away Friday May 24, 2013 at Excela Health, Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Tom was born August 14, 1933 in Mount Pleasant the son of the late William and Gretta Smitley Leonard. Tom was a Korean War veteran serving with the Army and along with his wife Gladys was the proprietor of the Family Market in New Stanton and Tarrs. He was also employed by the Ice Factory, Mt. Pleasant. Surviving are his wife, Gladys Gaffney Leonard a brother, Chester Leonard and his wife Molly of Mount Pleasant, and a sister Donna Cyktor and husband George of Hopwood. also surving are nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sisters, Myrabelle Rimlinger and Leona Smith. Visitation and services will be announced by the SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE, INC 730 W.
