Veronica D'Amato

Veronica D'Amato 92 of Mount Pleasant passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the Amber House, Mt. Pleasant. Veronica was born March 28, 1928 in Mt. Pleasant the daughter of the late John M. and Mary A. Warzinski Bienia.. Veronica was a 1946 graduate of Ramsay High School, a member of the former Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church and St. Pius X Catholic Church. She was a retired employee of Bryce Glass and the Lenox Corp., Mt. Pleasant, and loved gardening and crocheting. Prior to her death, Veronica was the last surviving member of her family. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents,Veronica was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Romelia "Mimi" D'Amato, brothers, John and Lawrence Bienia and sisters, Mary Elizabeth Steiner and Evelyn Kauffman. Private services and interment will be held for the family at St. Pius X Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant. Arrangements are under direction of SALOOM-REGA FUNERAL SERVICE 730 W. Main Street Mt. Pleasant.
