William P. "Wit", "Zip" Lubovinsky, 82 of Round Top Circle, East Huntingdon Twp.He was born June 1, 1943 in Mt. Pleasant, the son of the late Stanley and Mary Barrick Lubovinsky, Sr. Bill was a member of the Visitation Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mt. Pleasant.He was a graduate of the former Hurst High School Class of 1961. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.Bill was a former employee of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Modulas Corp of Mt. Pleasant from 1967 -1984. He retired as an Assistant Manager from the PA Liquor State Store in Mt. Pleasant with 22 years of service. Bill was a member of the Kosciuzko Club, Mt. Pleasant.Bill is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His daughter: Marcie Jo Keefer and husband Larry of Mt. Pleasant ,Michelle Marquis of Scottdale His Two Step Grandsons Michael and Matthew Marquis, Courtney Cominsky Abraham and Husband Zachary of Fairchance, who William Freda raised. His Great Granddaughters: Addison and Avery Keefer of Connellsville and Step grandchildren Madelyn Patula and Avayah Snyder. and good friends Karen and Barney Barnhart In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife Freda L Beers Lubovinsky, grandson Shawn Keefer brothers, Stanley M. Lubovinsky Jr., Sylvester Lubovinsky, Walter a. Lubovinsky and Joseph "Zip" Lubovinsky and a sister Mary in infancy and a stepdaughter Jeannie Marquis Cominsky and husband Thomas Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm at SLATER-REGA FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES , INC 730 W. Main Street Mt Pleasant where services will be held at 10:30am Wednesday.
